These terms govern your use of the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

The content here is provided for general information about our services. It is not advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your circumstances. Offers and pricing
Where the site advertises a limited-time offer, it is subject to availability, to the deadline stated, and to our assessment of whether your business is a suitable fit. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time before you have booked. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. We will respond to genuine enquiries within one working day where we can, but we do not guarantee a response and we may decline to take an enquiry further.
You agree not to submit false information, to submit on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, or to use the form for automated, bulk or unsolicited messages.

MIDAS™ and ASCEND™ are marks used by UpScale Automation in connection with our services. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Acceptable use

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
